The project took a lot longer than planned, because of COVID and lot of other impacts, but I can say that the coordination and team work with PRIMETALS improved significantly after your arrival to the project!!!

Finally, we achieved the common goal of the 1st coil in December last year, and soon the completion of the entire project!

By implementing a new site construction set-up Günter, as the on-site Project Manager and our fully empowered representative in Mexico, formed a powerful site team together with the customer and boosted it to performance.

Thanks to Günter´s passion, personal commitment and efforts we could achieve many of the ambitious targets and start-up the Hot Strip Mill in December 2021.

We really enjoyed cooperating and exchanging of opinions with Günter in these extremely stressful and challenging times.
